The Website Land-Flat.gr & Land-Flat.com are managed by the Greek company under the name Markantoni Stavroula, Real Estate Agency Services For Remuneration or Contract Base Company based in the municipality of Nea Smyrni, 9, Tataoylon Headquarters, P.C. 171 24 (Vat Number: EL 046796525, G.E.M. Number 06087503000), which will henceforth be referred to as "Company" or "Land-Flat" and which is the Controller of the personal data collected by you during your visit to the Website and during the use of the application and the company's online services. Personal data means all information that identifies you or can identify you directly or indirectly. Data Protection Officer of Land-Flat is Markantonis Stavroula. Land-Flat takes your privacy very seriously and has taken all necessary measures to safeguard the security and confidentiality of information concerning visitors/users of the services of the Website.

The following terms of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy"), which is an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Website/Application land-flat.gr & land-flat.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), relate to the use of the Land-Flat website and services by a single visitor as well as by a registered user of our online services, as described in the terms of use. The use of our website and the registration of our services, implies the unconditional acceptance, consent, consent, approval and agreement on the part of the visitor-user with the terms of use and this Privacy and Personal Data Policy that we follow.

This Policy is responsible for informing data subjects in accordance with Articles 13-14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 and its acceptance implies your consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as detailed therein. This Privacy Policy applies only to land-flat's website and online services and covers all personal data of visitors / users / members collected by Land-Flat during the visit and use of its services. Also, the Privacy Policy covers the conditions for the collection, processing and management of the personal data of visitors / users / members from Land-Flat. If the visitor does not agree to these terms, he must not proceed with the booking process and/or registration and the creation of an account on the Website or follow the Opt-Out Procedure as described below.

This Privacy Policy does not in any way cover the relationship between visitors / users / members of the Website and any services that are not subject to the control and/or ownership of Land-Flat. Users must take into account that our website may contain links to other websites, but Land-Flat is not responsible for the privacy policy practices and terms or the content of such websites.

2. BROWSING THE WEBSITE

Each visitor can browse the Website without giving any personal information, in addition to what is automatically collected from his/her browsing the Website. In case the visitor wishes to become a member of the Website in order to be able to make use of its services, personal data are collected, namely: name, e-mail, telephone and optional sex, date of birth and area of residence. Land-Flat has the ability and reserves the right to store the visitor's IP address and, if necessary, to communicate with its internet service provider (ISP) in the event of a violation of the Terms of Use of the Website.

3. PERSONAL DATA & USER IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION (PII)

3.1 DATA AND INFORMATION COLLECTED

  • The process of Registering on the Website and using our services requires the provision of a minimum amount of personal data, as described in section 5.
  • When you use the Website, GPS technology (or similar) may determine your current location in order to identify the area you are in to display relevant messages/ data/ custom functions.

3.2 PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

The personal data stated by the user / member anywhere on the Website is intended solely to ensure the operation of the services provided and the legality of the relevant transactions and may not be used by any third party; without complying with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, national legislation and related acts of the Data Protection Authority, Law 3471/2006 and ePrivacy directive (2002/58/EC, amendment 2009/136/EC) as currently in force with regard to protection against the processing of personal data. Finally, with the use of the services of the Website, other information may be requested or collected for statistical purposes, which are however disconnected from the personal information of the user / member in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data.

4. COLLECTION AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA UNDER THE TERMS

Land-Flat may collect and/or transfer, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, your personal data to third parties in one of the following cases:

4.1 Advertising, Statistics, Re-marketing

We may be working with web/ mobile app statistics to help us understand how the Website is also used to record statistics such as the frequency of visits and the length of stay on the website. We work with third-party advertisers and advertising networks, who need to know that users interact with the Site. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Website, including, but not limited to, the unique identification of the user's device and/or mobile phone number. To protect the anonymity of information, we use encryption technology to ensure that third parties cannot cross-reference the identity of individuals. 4.2 THIRD-PARTY COOPERATION

We may transfer data to third parties for the purpose of providing a requested service or promotional offer offered by us or third parties. 4.3 SOCIAL NETWORKS

Within our Website we may be offered the possibility of sharing on Social Networks and other related tools that allow you to share your actions within the Site with other applications, websites or mass media, and vice versa. Using such features allows you to share information with your friends or the general public, depending on the settings you specify in your personal profile. 4.4 NOTIFICATIONS/ MESSAGES ON MOBILE DEVICES

We may work with partners who use SDKs for mobile devices, including the OneSignal Messaging SDK, to passively collect information, which generally helps us send personalized notifications/messages. This data can also be used to identify you in a unique way, including to display targeted ads, messages, or content. Depending on the licenses granted in this application (see section 7), this information may include personal information including your e-mail address. This information can also include the exact location or WiFi information, applications installed and enabled, and unique device/user account identifiers (e.g. Android Advertising ID).

Exemption procedure:

Opt-out of OneSignal Push Notifications You can in most cases opt out of receiving notifications/messages by going to your device's Settings and locating the corresponding settings (you may be under the title "Notifications"), and then changing those settings for some or all of the apps on your device.   2. Opt-out of Interest-based ads on mobile Devices You can opt out of targeted ads that use unique mobile iDs to serve ads based on user interests. Opt out of these ads by opening the Google Settings app on your device by selecting Ads, and then choosing to opt out of Interest-based Ads. (Different device configurations, or updates to devices, may affect or change how these settings work.)

4.5 SALE / MERGER / CONTROL CHANGE

If there is a sale, merger, consolidation, change of control, transfer of essential assets, reorganization or liquidation of Land-Flat then, at its sole discretion, Land-Flat may transfer, sell or assign information collected from the Website to one or more relevant third parties. In this case, Land-Flat will notify all affected members of the Website prior to the transfer of personal information or before they are subject to a different privacy policy.

4.6 REQUEST FROM JUDICIAL / POLICE / GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES

Land-Flat may provide data to the competent judicial, police and other administrative authorities at a legal request in order to:

  • Respond to government investigations (or investigations by legal, governmental or semi-governmental or local or Internet Protection Authorities of any kind)

5. PROCEDURES REQUIRING THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA & USER IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION (PII)

5.1 Subscribe to the Website

In order to create an account on the Website, the visitor must indicate his/her full name, an email and a password. During the registration process, the visitor is invited to indicate additional optional information, if and if desired, such as area of residence, date of birth, gender and telephone number. After registration, the above account information may be viewed/modified at any time and free of charge by the user /member himself using his/her personal password or by contacting land-flat.

5.2 Electronic Assignments/ Transfer of Personal Data

In order to process an electronic assignment, the user / member of the Website is invited to indicate an email (if he has not otherwise registered in land-flat), the name of the sponsor of the award as well as a contact number. This information may be of the user/member himself or any other natural person on whose behalf the user/member performs the assignment. Also, the user / member can optionally declare additional special comments regarding the service to be received. Upon completion of the assignment on the Website, the name of the beneficiary, the contact number and any special comments are automatically transferred to the employee of the company and only to him, as they are necessary for the optimal provision of the relevant services. Land-Flat is legally committed to treating this information as confidential, using it for the sole purpose of supporting and executing electronic assignments and maintaining them for a limited period of time, as long as necessary for the optimal provision of the relevant services.

5.3 Comments and Reviews

Users who have accepted the services through the Website, and the Company, are entitled to submit comments, reviews and ratings through their account under the Terms of Use of the Website, where available. This user material may (a) be posted on the Website, (b) used and placed (fully or in part) by Land-Flat on social media platforms, newsletters, special promotional platforms, applications and other networks owned, hosted, used or controlled by Land-Flat. In any case, this material will not include any personal data of the user and with the user himself will be linked only to his first name and first letter of his last name in order to ensure his/her anonymity. In the event that a user does not wish to publish or reproduce such material, they should not use this service.

5.4 Votes

In the context of providing its services or other promotions, Land-Flat may regularly invite its members to participate in electronic voting. In order to participate in these votes, users / members of the Website must declare full name and otherwise personal information such as property, age, etc. (depending on the nature of the questions put to the vote). The vote of the user / member is recorded solely for the purpose of drawing conclusions in relation to the position of the public on a particular issue and may not be used for any other purpose or communicated to third parties.

5.5 Linking to third-party websites

Through the Website, the visitor / user / member, may access other third party websites such as social networking sites like facebook and twitter. In any case where the visitor / user / member makes use of this service, exchange of information with these websites takes place and the information shared will be governed by their respective privacy policies. The visitor / user / member is invited to modify the privacy settings of his account on these websites directly. Land-Flat does not control the privacy policies of such third parties and assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions of such third parties.

The Website may use cookies and other recording technologies in order to improve the user's experience while browsing it and improve the overall quality of its services. Cookies are stored on the visitor/user's hard drive but do not become aware of any document or file from his/her computer. 7. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR OPERATING SYSTEM LICENSES

Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined specific types of device data that apps can't access without your consent. These platforms have licensing systems for obtaining your consent. The iOS platform will notify you the first time our Website through an API or otherwise, needs access to certain types of data and will give you the option to consent (or not) to this request. Android devices inform about the rights that our Website requires through an API or otherwise, before you use it for the first time, or when you activate a service or feature, while using the Website is your consent. The permissions/licenses that our application requires may change over time.

8. IP ADDRESSES

A unique number known as an Internet Protocol (IP) address is assigned to each computer connected to the Internet. The IP address through which the Computer (PC) of the visitor / user / member has access to the internet and then to the Website, is stored and may be used by Land-Flat, if necessary, in the event of violation of the Terms of Use of the Website on behalf of the visitor / user / member.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The user / member can contact Land-Flat at any time and free of charge in order to cross-check the existence of his/her personal account, correct it, change or delete it and exclude it from receiving electronic information allotments. When updating personal information, Land-Flat may ask the user/member to verify his/her identity before he/she can satisfy his/her request. Visitors / users of the Website who are minors are not entitled to register as members and therefore have no obligation to submit their personal information. The account holder on the Website (member) is fully responsible for all use and retention of the confidentiality and security of his password and must immediately notify Land-Flat of any use of his account by a third party without authorization as well as any other case of violation of his electronic account. Land-Flat operates in accordance with applicable Greek and Community legislation and has adopted procedures that protect the personal data that the user / member provides through the Website, for as long as he is registered in its services. Only authorised officials shall have access to them whenever necessary. These items shall be deleted after the termination of the trading relationship in any way.

10. AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY

Land-Flat reserves the right to change or modify the Privacy Policy at any time, without notifying users/ members. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions to the Privacy Policy will take effect immediately, i.e. from posting them on the Website. Any use of the Website following such change or modification shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by the user / member of the changes, modifications, additions or deletions.

The original Greek text of this Privacy Policy of the Website may have been translated into other languages, like this English one. Translations are a facilitation and do not derive rights from their texts. In the event of disagreement regarding the content or interpretation of the Privacy Policy or dispute between their Greek version and any other translated version, the Greek versions of the texts, to the extent permitted by law, shall apply, prevail and are final. The Greek version of the Privacy Policy is available on the Website (Greek language selection is required) or may be sent upon written request.
